Fire out at Phillips 66 Lake Charles Refinery

A fire at the Lake Charles refinery was put out on August 15, 2016. This was amid the severe flooding in Louisiana. Refinery owner, Phillips 66 referred to the fire as a “small blaze.” The company did not say whether the fire was flood-related.
